Kiosk One is an edition of fifty cassettes, each recorded individually with an automated composition. Every tape has a different collection of sounds made with a selection of machines including locked-groove records, tape loops, environmental sound, synth drone and homemade electronics.
Each tape is labelled with the date and time at which the recording began. The cover is printed on graph paper with a rubbing of the tape label in charcoal.
Kiosk One was originally run at Hackney WickED Festival and Supernormal Festival, both in august 2014.
Please allow up to a fortnight as each tape is recorded to order.
Includes unlimited streaming of Kiosk One
via the free Bandcamp app, plus high-quality download in MP3, FLAC and more.
